Darryl W Patterson is a native Floridian. His formative years were spent in a very small town of Raleigh located in Levy County Florida. He is the Broker for Patterson Realty Group Inc. Mr. Patterson has been licensed since 1993 in the activities of Real Estate, and has focused his business activities around Real Estate for the last 15 years. During this time he acquired his Mortgage Broker’s license in 1999, and is the President of Lending Geeks Inc., a Florida based company with activities of residential loans throughout Florida and Commercial financing within the United States. Mr. Patterson represents individuals, joint ventures and corporations in buying, selling and financing of property. Most recent activities have been with hotels and class “A” office space within the Western Hemisphere.
