Lake Butler Sound is a gated sanctuary of 380 acres, located along the southern shore of Lake Butler, across Chase Rd. from Windermere, Lake Butler Sound encompasses three different neighborhoods (Reserve, Estates, Mediterranea Villas - see site map). On-site amenities are oriented toward preserving the natural wildlife sanctuary, including 32+ acres of natural preserves; two English Gardens, and a large lakeside gazebo.

From the East:
From I-4 take Conroy Road Exit. Go west on Conroy-Windermere Road.
Turn left on Main Street. Turn right on Chase Road.
Drive 1 mile to The Sanctuary at Lake Butler Sound on right.

From the West:
From I-4 take Sand Lake Rd Exit. Go west on Sand Lake Road.
Turn right on Apopka-Vineland Road. Turn left on Conroy-Windermere Road.
Turn left on Main Street. Turn right on Chase Road.
Drive 1 mile to The Sanctuary at Lake Butler Sound on right.
